As we are affiliated to the FAIB and FOFATO we also operate a complaints system should you feel that we have not got something right. You can download the complaint form from the right side of the page as well as completing an online version here.
We take all feedback very seriously, whether it is good or bad and will respond as soon as possible if necessary.
